January weather in Taiwan

Many poeple think Taiwan is not cold even in winter.

Cause Taiwan is really hot in summer.

I also thought like that, So when I came to Taiwan to study Chinese, I didn't bring warm clothes.

It was at the end of Feb.

When I just got to Taiwan, the weather was nice.

It was just a few days later, since I got to Taiwan.

But It rains often in Taipei, After raining, The weather becomes colder.

So I was wearing 3~4 clothes, When It's cold.

Especially inside of the buildings is really cold.

Cause usually There is no heater.

Of course Hotels or some kinds of them have it.

 

Recently the weather has gotten colder.

So A lot of people caught a cold like me.

So You need to prepare some warm clothes, If you visit or stay in Taiwan in winter.

At least You should take a jacket, When you go out.
